Colita de fermentatie

Reteta:

  • Reteta cu grau fiert: 500 gr. de boabe de grau sanatoase se fierb doua ore in 4 litri de apa, pana ce lichidul scade si boabele se inmoaie. Se pune graul in cutii de plastic la frigider si se mananca 100 de grame pe zi, indiferent la ce ora. Reteta este buna si pentru persoanele constipate.
